Some interesting little off guard snippets on there thanks, dreamtwister. Nothing you'd make or change decisions on but adds a bit of colour and imo you can see MM is relaxed about the way things are going. Hope I'm not mixing relaxed with complacent:)

MOD issued an ANN overnight, consolidation. Unremarkable but the timing coincides with *imminent commencement of most comprehensive drill in campaign to date and... attract institutional interest*:-

...MOD Resources Limited (ASX: MOD) today announced it has recommended to shareholders a consolidation of the Company’s issued capital on the basis of one (1) new share for every ten (10) shares currently on issue.
The Board believes the proposed consolidation is an important step towards achieving MOD’s aim to become a substantial copper producer, initially at T3 Pit where a decision to mine is expected in early 2019.
The proposed consolidation coincides with the expected commencement within days of MOD’s most comprehensive drilling campaign to date, testing numerous compelling targets along the extensive T3 Dome complex, outside T3 Pit.
MOD is also awaiting environmental approval for a second drilling campaign to follow up previous significant copper intersections and test new targets along the northern part of the huge T20 Dome complex.
The recent capital raising has strengthened the Company’s balance sheet enabling it to pursue aggressive exploration and resource drilling programs in a strong market environment for copper.
The proposed consolidation will also align the Company’s capital structure with its peers and increase its appeal to international and institutional investors...

Finance kingsgate execute $15.0mill stand by loan,the company will shortly draw down the stand by loan to ensure continuing funding of its activities,the stand by loan is repayable in six months from the drawdown.

this will be a serious dilution for kingsgate shareholders,to fund the loan.

will mm re-enter mtr interests ?

Issue of Equity


Metal Tiger plc (LON:MTR), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resource opportunities, announced on 25 January 2018, the exercised option agreement entered into between Senyetse Resources (Pty) Ltd ("Senyetse") and Tshukudu Metals Botswana (Pty) Ltd ("Tshukudu") (a company 100% owned by Metal Capital Limited of which Metal Tiger owns 30% and MOD Resources Ltd 70% ("MOD")), under which Tshukudu has the right to acquire the Ghanzi West prospecting licences PL 126/2013 and PL 127/2013. These licences cover 1,010 square km over the centre of the T20 Dome. The Project Brief for the T20 Dome was lodged with the Botswana Department of Environmental Affairs in April 2018.


Consequently, Metal Tiger will issue shares to Senyetse to the value of A$60,000 with MOD issuing shares to the value of A$140,000. This has resulted in Metal Tiger issuing 1,651,170 new shares at an issue price of 1.986p per share, based on a 30 day VWAP to 20 April 2018, with these shares being expected to commence trading on or around 27 April 2018.
