So you reckon the 20p / £1 equiv will hold then lex?!

Could have some fun if Mrs Morris decides to dump her load on receipt, so to speak....

Mixed experiences to share consolidations no change to up,some short term speculative selling down then recovers up.Higher share price may possibly attract more institutional investors.

Got good vibes for MPH.Share for those with patience or is that patients mental or otherwise!

Anybody got any experience of the effects of a share consolidation, good or bad?

I seem to remember Dana Petroleum (DNX) doing one a few years back and the share price rising steeply but I'm not sure if this was solely down to the consolidation or other factors.

PW these resolutions to consolidate on a 5 for 1 basis and for the directors to buy back up to 10% of the share capital will be put to the AGM and passed. It will result in there being around 27 million shares issued and increase eps and divi by a factor of 5. The reason for the consolidation is to get more stability in the share price and I believe it to be a good thing, get out of this penny share mentality that alot of investors have. Looking good for a jump northwards imo...............................wbj

Presumably that will drop when the divorce shares are passed over.Interesting to see how they handle that.

Crazy - insider holdings - Morris, JCC & other directors - stand at sub - 35% in total I think so would seem unlikely to me.

Momentos,

I would appreciate your views on this " my own view is this is being held back for the benefit of the current board and I am worried that they will keep this back until they have the majority of the shares?"

This is not a de-ramp as i am a holder with average of 17p and just feel this is worth so much more!!
