If I interpreted the figures correctly yesterday they were issuing circa 4.5 mill shares for £91,000 putting a vlaue of around .5p per share and as it was a business arangement I would have thought this would have represented fair to favourable terms. So the current share price of .4p seems low based on that, not forgetting the balance will be at a higher level. | gantenbrink |
