Ouch - Rubi has a 50% spread!

The encouraging thing here is only 11% spread and 2 v 1 level 2 to support it.

With the property market a little fragile I wondered whether this might play to Mercurys strengths with disposals, acquisitions, dilapidations, rent reviews etc. Can't say I've gone through in depth but having had a look through their historical news, website etc it could be one that's due for a turnaround. No doubt as they are coming towards the end of their financial year they will be getting a picture of how the measures taken by the new team have affected the business.

Ganten - if you like the fallers, take a little look at RUBI - fallen 70% over last few days ... MC £400k!

This is starting to look interesting. I got some yesterday when it dipped and another 100k earlier as it does look like they've taken measures to address their previous losses and put a new management structure in place earlier this year. If they have turned a corner then this could go some way north as I think from a quick scan through they have a commitment for a drawdown facility based on a price of 1p a share up to 2012. I think I've read that right and if so they must be reasonably confident but as with all these penny shares DYOR.

nice tick up again this morning.

Bought some RUBI this morning following 70% falls over last few days (MC circa £400k).

Hoping for similar recovery!

Sean, also worth a look are COMS (one director alone holds over 50% of the company) and GMO (fallen heavilly on lack of newsflow), niether have the risk that ERG has....

Good luck with what ever you choose to do.
