Reckon the only reason for the share change was because ADVFN cannot handle numbers to four decimal places. They should have done 50 to 1 that way there would have been a chance that the share price would have remained above a penny for at least one year.

looks like Peel hunt are happy for Mgp to trade off Mr Tchenguiz name. I hope with his 26% stake and experience, that he can start to influence the company to progress further. The ingredients are all in the mix now, time to start cooking! imo.

Some positive press comment today - see the following links:

www.guardian.co.uk/business/story/0,3604,1550319,00.html

On Aim, the tiny property fund management company Mercury Group rose 0.04p, or 9.6%, to 0.44p after appointing Stephen Russell as a non-executive director. Mr Russell is the finance director of Consensus Business Group, the property company controlled by the financier Vincent Tchenguiz. Last month Mr Tchenguiz acquired a 26% stake in Mercury.

As such, traders reckon this is one stock to keep an eye on.

www.timesonline.co.uk/newspaper/0,,2733-1738758,00.html

Mercury Group, the property facilities management specialist, put on 0.04p at 0.45p on hiring Stephen Russell as chief executive. KBC Peel Hunt, house broker, pointed out that Mr Russell is finance director of Consensus Business, the residential and commercial property vehicle of Vincent Tchenguiz - a 25.9 per cent shareholder in Mercury - which has assets of about £4 billion.

Yes, that's the exact figure. I thought they would be issued directly to the trust. Seems it went through the market makers.
