I phoned the company secretary this morning they said that the new epic is RNWH and it is up to ADVFN to pick it up, which may be has nt been done yet.

Trying to sell 20m or so of MPL isn't easy, trying to sell 200K at the wrong time isn't easy so you have to take your opportunity. To be able to command a 4p premium to the market on both sells speaks volumes. You try getting the smallest premium to the market even when there is a lot of demand and the best you'll get is a bit below mid.

Gyllenhammer got 6p over bid or nearly 15% premium. I bet he's doubled his money and got the lot away, nice work if you can do it. The other point is that when you hold this amount you have to sell leaving something for the next man. Trying to sell 20m or whatever when they look very pricey and near a market top isn't going to happen unless he dumped at a big discount.

Someone has watched these rise 50% then piled in for 16% of the company at a 13% premium - you just have to draw your own conclusions.

Take a look at the chart, nice new steep uptrend.
