Companies like this give AIM a bad name, until the requlatory authorities do something about companies like this it will remain the same. So much for being a center of financial excellance - unless of course that is for cowboys scamming investors.

Not up to speed but this sounds like more excuses and delays ---

Piling for the construction of the berths capable of receiving vessels is progressing, with work being carried out on a 24 hour per day basis, as is the case with fabrication of precast concrete panels (deck slabs). Engineers did encounter previously undetected hard rock in the harbour basin during piling, and dredging this rock from the berth reduced the pace of piling whilst this matter was resolved. Notwithstanding this, as at today's date, piling for approximately 40 per cent of the final quay length has now been completed. In addition, the increased volume of traffic to the site caused significant wear and tear to the site's access road and meant that there was a reduction in the number of vehicles able to access the site during January 2017 whilst this problem was addressed. The Company can report that the issue has now been resolved and traffic to the site has returned to scheduled levels.

The Company's main contractor is operating at full capacity and the Company's engineers remain engaged with the contractor to ensure that the configuration of the final facility is optimised to achieve maximum utilisation of the land mass created. The Company is confident of completing its facility by the end of this year, although the matters referred to above, taken together, have contributed to adding approximately eight weeks to the previously reported timetable.

daijavu, cheers, probably not for me especially as the market cap seems high, BWDIK.

Re MPL, so almost two months from last update. What happens when they do update us (this week?) and show little or no progress? Not sure they can get away with just pushing the deadline further down the road while they continue 'pilfer' the cash. However unless Gandhi and his two puppets are out the way, I doubt doubt much will change. All IMO and speculation.

Waterloo. Have a look at ANCR. They are doing alright at the moment. They are even paying a dividend.

waterloo and myself were 'lucky' enough to see some staff waving at the drone, as they all walked in unison, before the footage was removed. There is no doubt in my mind that the replaced footage and photos were staged. But the real question is how is the Port progressing (or not)

No . . the coke and sprite pictures removed any respectability as they were so fake . . . along with people in clean clothes working in the dark and those guys fabricating the rebar cage . . in denim jeans . .!! . . denim jeans are an expensive fashion item in India . . . building site workmen generally use khaki cotton trousers . .
its a worry

Who knows why Howard Flight is involved here , we certainly don't , all we can guess at is the fact he would not want to be associated with an Indian scam . . but maybe he has no choice . . for reasons we don't know . . . bringing him on board gave the project some respectability , which was immediately removed with the " coke and sprite " pictures . .
its a worry

Lord Flight may be impressed but he`s not impressive.
Time to check out what other company boards he is on and steer clear of them all.

The are trapped in. If they sell it will just destroy the share price. If the Port does not get built they can do nothing. Its India, they have little chance of recovering any of the cash balances even if they decided to.

Anyway, Relax, Lord Flight is impressed with works completed to date

Perhaps it`s time to contact the fund managers who have holdings in MPL to find out what`s going on.
These funds will be covered in sh*t when it eventually hits the fan.

SO here we are almost 2 weeks from when they should have had at least part of the port open (fat chance) and also no confirmation that Ganhdi's money has managed to leave India for Guernsey.

Time for more staged photo's? Silence is far from golden here.
