23/7/2020 15:09 | Not correct. There is one dated 23rd May 2020. There is a small change but little else in building out toward the jetty. Looks like a finger. You need to zoom in slowly to get the latest. | waterloo01
23/7/2020 15:05 | newvest.......the latest images in the Google Earth history view are dated 23-26 November 2019. These images are consistent with the photographic images available on the website dated 8th March 2019. | mount teide

23/7/2020 12:33 | A shocking truths Mount Teide. This should be exposed on Television programme documentary. How an aim scam operates. It would be a thrilling documentary, how prestigious institutions were conned. They would interview Mount Teide on the documentary, saying how early on he spotted the situation. Of course there would be a legal situation if this were to happen , saying this publically as a fact rather than as a personal opinion. But the media company would insure that risk. Not forgetting an appearance by the white gloved butler. | escapetohome
23/7/2020 09:04 | natty - the only contract signed to date is to provide some very cheap open storage for the firm that is building the bridge nearby over Karanja Creek. The management has attracted ZERO new business from any ship operators some 15 months after opening their doors for business! Why? Some clues....... * The facility has less water depth in the 3 mile Karanja Creek approach channel than my local yacht marina * The lightweight, weather affected jetty in a monsoon climate that is still incomplete. * It has just 15 acres of open storage capable of handling only low value cargo. * The extremely low quality, unlit, access road across the flood marsh that routinely floods/gets washed away during the 5 month monsoon season, the latest of which is now underway! * The land reclamation for the 100 acre logistics facility that 'Mahatma Gandhi' told investors in a 2014 RNS would be earning first revenues by the end of that year, is yet to commence construction in 2020!!! 23/7/2020 08:54 | Looking at the latest Google Earth Images the scale of the deception is breathtaking. For an estimated latest carrying value of circa £175m - since construction began 6 years ago (with a 2 year completion timetable for the whole 200 acre port) only circa 95 acres of the 200 acre land reclamation work is complete, and less than 20% of that has been developed for open cargo storage. The lightweight 400m jetty that has no weather protection in a monsoon climate is still not complete. The size of the scam is incredible considering that LTD Cementation won the tender to complete the civil engineering construction work for the complete 200 acre port facility and 1000 metres of all weather quay for £57m! Indeed Cenkos' representative told me that the first Placing of £37m (there has since been a second of £32m) was because the management needed sufficient funds to ensure the full 200 acres of land reclamation was completed in one go, to ensure compliance with the IPO Document. Well, in the three years since that first placing date the scam artists have added just 15 more inshore (low development cost) acres of Land Reclamation to take the total to just 95 acres, yet have somehow managed to burn through another circa £75 million of cash and debt! 22/7/2020 16:45 | Nice base for next rise as we await further contracts to be signed as per rns. To follow on from the 5.5 million one signed with billion dollar company Daewoo... their not silly! | natty27

22/7/2020 15:41 | lol. Yes look at google earth taken in May, so after this, revenue 1st date. What do you see.... | waterloo01
22/7/2020 15:00 | "As previously announced, the first phase of land required by the Tata Projects and Daewoo Engineering Joint Venture was handed over on 1 April, on schedule, with revenue generated from that date" with revenue generated from that date with revenue generated from that date with revenue generated from that date | aldoeldo
22/7/2020 14:49 | MPL will report almost no revenue and almost no cargo through-put because it's not a working port and likely never will be. | waterloo01
22/7/2020 14:46 | However, during the April-June quarter, Essar Ports recorded an impressive cargo handling of 11.23 million tonnes (MT), with June 2020 cargo growing by 75 per cent compared to the April tonnage, the company said. Read more at: | aldoeldo
