This is why this whole deal is a sham

ROL paid $12m cash for the assets they are trying to pass off as being worth £30m/$50m to AIM mug punters

You get that with mug punters thinking they can influence the share price with some spurious trades

The problem with your calculation, ryan is that the assets are apparently only worth £10m, not the £27m the company paid. At least according to Edison Research article that damp squid posted earlier.

JS

the market cap was £5.6m before re-admission.

They issued / raised £27m for the asset

therefore = £32.6m market cap at re-list.

The company then said they expect the market cap to be £30.9m upon re-list.

Hence overall, the company slightly over priced upon re-listing.

However as swizz and other pointed out:-

-Placing at 0.575p
-A lot of investors 'trapped' in here waiting for re-list and from much lower prices (around 0.3p), therefore I guess they would want to monetise there shares for other oppurtunities?

These three things all contributing to the fall IMO

Hi there. A poster in peace ! I hold charat. It's a vastly smaller resource and similar market value to mentum and tengri. This looks quite interesting. I also follow a few other copper gold in that part of world. China and Russia working together means good news for Kyrgyz. Once the stock settles and the stuck sellers are out I will likely buy a few. Best of luck to all holders

re: your post

£5.6 + £27m = £32.6m
immediate mkt cap on re-list will be £30.89m as officiallly confirmed in todays SECOND RNS:

therefore overpriced by 1.74m or approx 5%

how do you work out that

By the way the real value here is sub 0.3p

The 0.57p placing price is just a 'notional' value applied by both sides to try to ramp the valuation up

That 1.7 million seller is desperate at 0.47p when there's 4 mm's at 0.6p at least sell down what you can at that 0.6p first why give away money.

JS, again IMHO you need to re-read the news, the larger mkt cap will be post the issue of circa 4.6B new shares, or circa 94M consolidated......GL S
