Very Very likely be out by end of June 2014 and within next 2 weeks. Just with advisors I believe now for final sign offs.

Getting information and associated delays, they've had to translate matters from russian language. Every issue has had to be verified and the implications of every information had to be analysed. We'll see it when the admission document is released the amount of work and detail they've had to go into. 500 Pages.

Done a great job in my opinion.

Second thing he doesn't want you to know is that MEN announced deal when it was trading at 0.8p but they valued deal at only 0.57 and since then ROL shares have collapsed to 0.21

So some big losses look likely as this is a poor deal
