ROL had also released one more reference this week that it's to happen shortly. And to add to last month's reference about possible EGM in late May 2014.

So if not Monday/Tuesday next week, MEN would imo have to release a RNS about delay.

The thing is that there is also possible short term newsflow in store on all 3 projects being transferred across into Tengri. That work on the ground continues.

IMO all this will help further and further coincide well together.

IMO Tengri would be releasing the updates on the work after re-admission and it has been posted by ROL recently on the work that is being undertaken in Q2 i.e. by end of June 2014.

Everything I believe is with the lawyers. My understanding is it will be anytime, number of days and not number of weeks. It could be this week, 7 days, or 10 days etc. Alot closer to the end.

It is right they don't want to provide a firm date because imo with the kind of habitats residing on these boards people could then take any quotation out of context again to fuel what has been going on 4 boards running concurrently by 1 person.

Patience & Belief always brings its own fruits in the end. Just see TGL recently and how same gang trashed the stock with multiple threads day/night and for weeks and now all disappeared after blew 150% north.

We've been in great hands throughout this process.

The troll's PVCS down 50% since we recommended to sell and was getting mug punters to buy with £5.00 targets at 28p and now 18p.

The same with CCE.
