Wonder if ROL and MEN directors are brave enough to go and do Due Diligence in person in these STAN countries ?

anybody asked the lying/incompetent MEN Board if they have been over to kick the tyres of these new 'assets' ?

I'd suggest they run the risk of getting arrested and put in a STAN prison if they are suspected of trying to pull a fast one on the STAN authorities ?

If I was a MEN shareholder knowing Management are doing a runner I'd want to know what will happen if this gets delisted now with so little time left and we are approaching Summer months where no work will get done as people watch World Cup/Wimbledon etc.

Sell in May and go away is a well known adage for good reason.

Given the propensity for STAN governments to expropriate assets you do have to worry whether the due diligence has exposed MEN/ROL to some let's say 'scrutiny' from the local Governments ?

They might well ask ROL....

'You paid £10m for these 'assets' and now months later you are selling them on to some mug punter AIM shell for £27m....

err.. Don't you owe us a massive Capital Gains Tax payment ?'

I'm not obssessed with him - he's been stalking me for months. I answered your question - because in many days you keep going on about this 6 months thing.

He mentioned 6 months timeframe to me this week too but imo gave me the impression it could still be days.

The board said 6 months to you imo because of Stocko and his threads.
