19/3/2020 15:18 | please tell me Trevellion and the other crooks have underlying conditions | geordieduke2
23/2/2020 14:55 | Smiles and best wishes to all BPRG, MDX holders past and present | babazurie
20/1/2020 11:46 | I'm still alive and kicking and hopefully the crooks that are left alive will get a good kicking one day. FCA is useless and it beggars belief that Andrew Bailey the CEO of that bent organisation is to become the new governor of the Bank of England! Jobs for the boys while us plebs can be bled dry whilst the likes of Muncaster, Trevellion and their ilk ride off into the sunset scot free. On a brighter note I have however managed to move to sunny Spain and am getting by on my pension but that's it. Having to rent as dreams of owning a place in the sun never materialised thanks to this lot and a few other crooks I met along the way. | digger2779
20/1/2020 11:13 | Yeah, all we're waiting for now is the uplifting news of them suffering a slow painful miserable death link Muncaster and their crooked genes are no longer in the gene pool after finding out their partners were shagging their best friends. Who is Trevellion conning these days? Talking of shysters, when did the FCA last bang up a fraudster? They never seem to prosecute anyone, so what is the actual point of them being there? They're like the police, they only serve to protect special people. | geordieduke2
18/1/2020 13:36 | Am guessing the energy has long gone from BPRG and MDX threads to chase the crooks. Best let go of and manifest better times. | babazurie
25/10/2019 09:45 | Haven't been on here for a very long time. The answer to your question, grahamite2, is of course NO! The FCA is utterly useless and toothless. In my experience like a lot of public service type bodies they have at least 30% of staff that are time wasters and in the wrong job. jack | jackbarry
23/10/2019 13:44 | Yes. It spends its time lobbying and chatting to politicians to increase ts territory and influence and therefore its budget and ability to build its empire and salary structure. Wouldn't you, if you could! | prambigear
23/10/2019 13:24 | The collapse of Neil Woodford’s equity management fund is one of the great financial scandals of recent years and will leave thousands of investors out of pocket. There is prima facie evidence that the difficulties it was facing were flagged up to the City regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but it did nothing about it. Some industry figures have accused it of having been “asleep at the wheel”. Most people, whether investors or not, would therefore expect the FCA to examine its own role and see what went wrong to ensure it did not happen again. Yet the authority has decided not to commission an independent review of its actions leading up to the fund’s closure. The Woodford debacle raises so many questions that it is impossible to understand the FCA’s reticence unless it has something to hide. Does the FCA actually do anything of any value whatsoever? | grahamite2
18/10/2019 00:11 | I thought another member of the BOD of Bio, Smeldex or Xgel had died (of shame). Bit of a let down geordie there | the bull
17/10/2019 20:54 | Has anyone checked out whether it's a scam? | geordieduke2
25/9/2019 10:33 | mots, LOL! Exactly right, there is the "administration fee" to pay first. This is called an advance fee scam, a variation of the Nigerian 419 scam. They have bought s copy of the shareholder register, and are working through it. Like you say, sadly they must get lucky once in a while..... | andy
24/9/2019 23:37 | It's exactly that - first they offer a couple quid a share for the stock, then of course, you need to pay for 'insurance' to 'safeguard the transaction'. I guess they get lucky every once in a while. I told them I thought I had 150k shares (I didn't) - their 'legal team' confirmed that I had lol | mots
23/9/2019 21:53 | Arab3 Sounds about right | jan-mar

23/9/2019 21:43 | If she is offering silly money then it is a scam | arab3

18/9/2019 23:45 | The only thing the company ever had that was worth something was that menoflavin i think it was called product for the menopause. I recall sales of something like £500K per year but they sold it to cover new investments at ladbrokes, william hills and betfred | the bull
18/9/2019 20:30 | How about Xmas eve lol | digger2779
