Hi not been here for a long time, may have some info that may interest some of those defrauded. I am in touch with one of the victims of the fraud a guy called Pat Leahy, he lost a lot of money in this fiasco. He with others including myself are trying to sue the guy who wound up the company a Mr David Buchler. It is alleged that he misled shareholder regarding the amount of assets/money when he was in the process of winding up the company.
It is alleged he severely understated the amount of money available for shareholders recompense, i state this is an allegation. Mr P Leahy was one who lost thousands of pounds because of this alleged second alleged fraud. He has contacted about 30 plus shareholders one of which ...was me, however because of the time factor etc he has not reached all shareholders. a web site has been formed to try to keep us updated. Mr Leahy is trying to get Buchler into court for this alleged second fraud he is at the moment trying to fund this endevour. If anyone is interested in being updated or needs to join this group contact MR Leahy. he is [e-mail] if you can get the web address post it here so others may make a contact, it is worth a try good luck ED.

I believe that kangaroos should make excellent boxers, particularly kick boxers. On that basis i’m not sure why we don’t see more of these marsupials featuring in MMA tournaments tbh.

Sometimes these things simmer for years. Some of the scum bags have died, some were just incompetent, some though new it was a scam and kept on scamming. I wonder if we were allowed to follow the money, who actually made it (on the short side) what would be revealed. Probably family members or friends of family members. If I had lost it all, I could quite see myself wanting real justice. Thankfully things are OK still but if i think about it too much, its all very depressing. I hope karma gets the lot of them, they collectively shafted many of us and cost us more than money. Perhaps a good expression would be financial rape
