On behalf of shareholders of 37 million shares we wish to convey our dismay to the board at the RNS release of the 30th May. We firmly believe that that the process needs to be taken to it's natural conclusion. That is to say all counterparties who have signed up to the bidding process overseen by Houlihan Lokey need to be furnished with the information they require to make a bid and then either make a bid or not. This bid level must then be put to shareholders in order to either accept or reject. Given the current low share price the idea of growing the company through aquisition as stated in the RNS would seem highly dilutive as it would imply issuing shares at around about 35 pence. The shareholders I represent would be highly opposed to the board sactioning any such activity at this juncture. I am currently in the process of contacting further shareholders and believe that our views have broad support. We would welcome a meeting with the board to discuss these issues at the earliest possible juncture
