Seems there is a clear out underway and likely some press to destabilise the company, possibly from the parties being replaced. I'll be keeping a keen eye on what happens.

I note PMC director Villanueva is involved.

X64 have a lot to deal with here IMO. Could be a play to remove the asset from foreign hands

The audited HY figures are usually about now. The delayed revenue recognition from last FY figures may be causing them an issue. I don't know what the regulations are for release by a certain date post period on ASX.

Second extended suspension notice pending operational update from mine. Will restart trading after announcement released. This is rather odd that original notice extended.

Qly out. AISCs a little above $1500 and reiterated forecast of AISCs for FY at $1320-1370 on 84-87 k production. Means second half will be in range of $1250 costs to meet this. Tiger Way will continue to be $250 per production oz for H2 so expecting cash pile to recover in H2, assuming gold stays around current levels. Could be back towards $80 M by end of FY

No more buybacks since NY as I assume X64 are in close period pre Qly performance announcement. That is due before the end of January, with audited HY results due end February.

If X64 get the house in order, show step by H1 figures and a rising share price then I see no reason not to relist outside Australia. TBH, the poor volume and recognition on that market is a reflection of its minor importance. TSX or back to AIM seem the way forward. If that involves buying some distressed assets that they can bring to production with cash raised and warchest then so be it.

Note the reaction of the share price to the restarted buyback. This shows just how illiquid the trading has been and the general apathy. Looking forward to a strong H1 set of figures for current FY. Still believe that by the end of 2023 people will be looking back at the share price today with incredulity that it was ever so low. Onwards and upwards.

Looks like X64 will run a more consistent buyback this time. I like the fact that ASX require full disclosure and that announcement shows maximum price allowed for a buyback. share price now a few cents above that VWAP so no more buyback unless share price drops back or rolling period brings window back to current share price Almost no volume last night but share price steady. Keep buying the shares coupled with a good update in January and I foresee further gains

I'm one of these very stale holders from the previous AIM days when the share price was so much higher, who held on much too long. If x64 relist there too soon before all the improvements have become more obvious to cursory viewings then investors like me might well sell choose to down their holdings.
Its been a long wait, but better times do hopefully seem to lie ahead.

Indeed, relisting on AIM will open up the company to a lot of potential investors, funds, etc. I think that is probably the best way to lift the share price due to the increased demand for shares.

I suspect X64 won't do that though, unless the company needs to use such a listing to raise cash.
