28/6/2022 22:50 | No you are wrong, the cash on the balance sheet has reduced from £120,000 to 64,000 in the 6 months they claim they were profitable. Please apologise for being a couple of a-holes. I've always wondered why the share price is above zero pence given the company always loses money, has lots of goodwill and big debt owed to the offshore outfit. I still can't figure it out. The enterprise value is negative £1.5M since the goodwill is £2.7M and its not been written down for decades. I rate this stock a very strong sell. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
28/6/2022 22:16 | smcl , This years (30/09/22) revenue will likely to be more than £3 million and profit after tax to be more than £80,000. Cash at year end likely to be £180,000. Present market cap of only £1 million makes this company significantly undervalued. | zico01
28/6/2022 17:35 | Yes, just looked at that too. Appears that a fundraise is next if they keep spending more than they generate. IMHO | andre
28/6/2022 16:22 | It may be a small profit. But it not cash generative. It is sucking in working capital which will need to be funded; sooner rather than later. | russman
28/6/2022 14:56 | As you say Andre- All Imho!! | smcl
28/6/2022 12:21 | Zico study more deeply and stop trying to flog a dead horse. This isn't a turnaround play. It's a PI money pit. If the ownership doesn't change, the economy isn't improving, it has a history of sucking in PI's at their cost - why would you think that the promises of today are any better than the last 10-20 years? And the owner runs it like a private fiefdom and bleeds it dry. Jam tomorrow promises.DYOR. All Imho. | andre
28/6/2022 09:37 | Edit, Cash at 30 September 2021 was £120,000. By current year end cash will be well over £150,000 , not bad considering market cap is only £1.2m. | zico01
28/6/2022 09:28 | Andre you're still being an idiot, the company is now profitable and generating cash. Like iv'e posted already past is past, because of it's past history the market cap is only £1.2m. By year end it will have well over £100,000 cash. Expect it to be rerated by a minimum of 50% near term. The outcome of this year to be significantly higher than last year. Today's outlook makes this a very relaxed holding in these difficult markets. | zico01
28/6/2022 09:14 | It's not hard to be a reality check when the evidence is all there. This company is not changing. Same ownership, same methods, same results. PI's have been mugged for years. Look at the share price over years. DYOR. All IMHO. | andre
28/6/2022 08:42 | Rocka999 and Andre , These 2 idiots have dedicated years of their lives deramping this company , wow .Past is past the company is now profitable and generating cash. The company is trading strongly in the 2nd half to date and the board is confident of reporting significant improvement over last year. Full year trading update will be in December. Very relaxed holding these. | zico01
28/6/2022 08:24 | Just got to pay off those debts to persons unknown residing in the Channel Islands One of the loans attracts 15% interest, I wonder who that could be............!? | rocka999
28/6/2022 07:13 | Full year revenue likely to be over £3 million , profits and cash are also increasing. Outlook for the remainder of the year is very bullish. The company expects a significant improvement on last year. | zico01
28/6/2022 07:13 | What would make anyone believe that this opaquely owned entity could suddenly transform itself after all of these years? Goodwill remains on the books at over 2.7m.... really?? Goodwill. This is worthless and the kind of stock that gives the markets a bad name. IMHO | andre
28/6/2022 07:00 | There is no value in the equity. It is worthless. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
28/6/2022 06:59 | frjdnverijtnhj856893 50 to 100% upside watch and learn you idiot !!! | zico01
28/6/2022 06:59 | and PRE TAX profit here is a lot more than CMB.Eother way probably do well here today imo. | babbler
28/6/2022 06:57 | because of its political landscape. | babbler
28/6/2022 06:56 | Babbler Then why is everybody not piling into CMB then, similar market cap, cash of over £1.1 mil and interim profits of £200k not to mention properties worth multiples Go figure ! | dave4545
28/6/2022 06:54 | The liabilities and the debt owed to O'Neill's opaque offshore company CCCAL render these shares worthless imo. Always have been and always will be. Each year there are a new set of gullible idiots that swallow the rubbish spouted on results day. Nothing new here. I continue to rate the shares a STRONG SELL | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
28/6/2022 06:51 | this year:Revenue for the Period was £1,402,000, up 66% (2021: £846,000) due to covid-19 restrictions easing and client projects resuming. | babbler |
