It was pretty close to a shell at 0.08p per share and market cap only just above £1m. Now valued a bit higher at 0.14p.

Though with apparent significant interest in MDZ today and a decent share price gain
I am pleased (so far!) to have stayed in these.

It will be interesting to see the actual results. History dictates that they will not be great. But then, every dog....

Nothing seems to have changed in the business plan though, does it? Which suggests a business model that hasn't worked (as far a making a profit) in 12 years?

One for the brave? Or the foolish?

Next results will be good due out in the next weekExpecting all those late completions to be calculated into the 6 months to sep17 and show a decent profit with GP up and EBITDA up. Low Mcap and undervalued CMO of Regus buying up shares why ? Well let's leave that to those who want a piece here.

You can't beat ADVFN. This is the tip for 2018. Why? Because the share price is going up!

Is Hallet really going for a takeover. Who knows. If O'Neill/CCCAL can be removed somehow you'll save 100K per year and the company may not be far away from profitability. But the current market cap is way too high to make this a serious investment. If Peter Jones was confronted with this as an investment in Dragon's Den he'd have a long hard laugh at the valuation.

Major seller now taken out of the market,and looks like buyer is an investor not a 10 day punter !! I think we just seen the U-Turn for the stock, at long last.
Think I will star this as my tip for 2018, in my own portfolio.

It still makes no sense. The offshore CCCAL/O'Neill control this company to such an extent that a letter is required stating the loan will not be called in. I've questioned before whether this letter is legally binding. Somehow I doubt it. Otherwise they woud have said. I just find it impossible to believe this Hallett guy is an independent 3d party. If it was me I'd be terrified the loan was going to be called in or the shares would delist. That's ignoring 12 consecutve yeas of losses since listing and another likely cash call!
