I wonder what is going on here. An institutional shareholder is selling down and some guy called Ian Hallett is buying.

Why Luxembourg?

I'm struggling to understand why an unconnected 3rd party would be buying a stake in this company. It makes no sense to me given the stranglehold CCCAL(and Lance O'Neill) has over the company. My assumption, until proven otherwise, is that Hallett is connected to the major shareholder.

Nothing I've seen so far has made me change my mind that the fair value of these shares is zero pence but I'm interested to see what happens.

HH has been taken over by Cannacord, a Canadian broker. So no NEW shareholder.

Has anyone managed to confirm whether this infamous letter from the major shareholder promising not to call in the loan is legally binding? If it's not then this is an out and out gamble. Actually it's an out and out gamble anyway given the stranglehold connected parties have over the company.

The problem is they always release a positive trading update. They've been doing it for a decade. However they are horribly misleading. Just look at the share price for proof.
