I thought (1) acquistion (2) takeover/merger (3) accounting irregularities although no reason to bring results fwd in this case as they'd be worthless anyway - in any case thought it would be 'price sensitive'

although not a large holding :(

As I only bought very recently at 1.42 my cup runneth over-only time this has ever happened,but it did seem to be oversold at that price !

Yes Ic2, they do have a big cash reserve of c. £19M but they still might prefer to do a small placing too if larger insti's want to get in. Co's usually never say no to offers of more funding.

What seemed a mystery to me was why the fall back to £1.40-ish ?......Could have been just a clumsy seller or a placing but either way we will find out tomorrow.

Perhaps the co put the results back a day as their friends hadn't quite bought as many shares as they wanted to get before the results :-)

This is looking really interesting - rising on all of those sells, mm's must be filling a thumper of a buy imo.

And off we go again as larger trades are now being reported. Volumes again are much higher than normal. They had net cash of £19.4m reported at last results, so not sure if they would need to raise cash, but could be an acquisition to report?

Or a recommended takeover approach @ 300p forward per of 15.5 would be nice :o)

A few reasons I was thinking about for why the results have been brought forward. First was that they might have significant news that they want to release with results. Acquisition or contracts? And I had wondered about the large recent transactions, and what might be behind those.

Only 23 hours 11 minutes to wait.

I think the results were brought fwd because of all that buying - looked like something good had been leaked to me imo.

Looks like an i needs dotting and a t crossed before they can issue the results imo.

Still 6 days ahead of the projected results date - might even give those that were working yesterday and missed the RNS to get in ahead of the results still.

Something to look fwd to tomorrow now then :-)

That's bringing the buyers out, reckon they've a good story to tell having brought the results forward by a week.
