The same happened to Ridge Mining a few years ago... the company here is now ready to go with long lead items fully underway.. The SA economy needs this and will move ahead one way or the other to mutual benefit of shareholders. When it happens it will be instantaneous to the share price.

Unlike thermal coal which can / will be replaced by greener fuels, Makhado will be mining for hard coking coal and currently there is no other way to mass produce steel without it. Its a great industry to be in and I suspect HCC prices are going to be back on the rise soon and have already been rising recently.

I also believe they thought MCM would already have the funding due to this statement in the January rnsThe Performance Rights will vest on 30 June 2023 subject to the relevant vesting conditions being satisfied, namely that the remaining development and working capital funding for the Makhado hard coking coal project has been secured.On this basis I think makhado funding is very close

I know we are close to this coming off now. The upgrade on the feasibility study suggests this.They would not of done further research otherwise

I did a dummy buy couple minutes earlier and can confirm the price paid was for a buy
