If the Allogene issue promotes a move away from ‘off the shelf’ treatments to treatments using the patients own cells, it may be a good thing for Maxcyte in the long term?

No read across the other partnerships. The trial pause is specific to Allogene.

Is this stumble confined to the Allogene therapy or does it have read across to the other partnerships?

Yes. And that's why, if you hold shares in an ISA, in overseas companies - each trade is converted back to GBP and then back to the overseas currency.

Sell Microsoft and buy Apple in an ISA and your Microsoft proceeds convert to GBP and then back to USD to buy Apple. It's a blatant rip off.

I have accounts with AJ Bell and iDealing. Lucky for me my MXCT are held with iDealing and no problems dealing with them online.

So much for the narrative that the yanks are happy to pay more for shares in these companies.

From what I can see, last 3 month average volumes:

- US: 669k shares
- AIM: 155k shares

So there's certainly more volume being traded in the US and more than 4:1 ratio. It always felt like the AIM-listing was likely to be axed at some point and if this ratio becomes more one-sided, I think it will be brought forward
