25/10/2017 11:29 | Rodders - I think calm has got his hands full at UEN, there was talk of him having a meeting with company representatives. | beggarman
25/10/2017 08:46 | We’ll be/they’ll be on track to test the 4.7 low in the next few weeks. | maceman
25/10/2017 08:15 | I never snubbed Rodney, I always said wait and see. Evidence thus far tells us he’s going to be right, however it’s the next move/end move that determines our fate. It would surely be very sadastic to directly mention us, the UK shareholders during his interview thanks us for our patience. | maceman
25/10/2017 07:23 | Seems SuperT was spot on and was castrated for his strong views ... | nedhammers1
24/10/2017 18:16 | The sad truth here is no matter what they do it will be in their own interest and nobody else's. | doxford
24/10/2017 17:17 | I believe they have to do something before the 23rd November as they have to release the Q3 financial update at that time and we will know the financial position. | beggarman
24/10/2017 17:04 | Thanks Beggarman, I suppose all will be revealed soon ..... | nedhammers1
24/10/2017 16:56 | ned - Suppose Barskiy has done a deal at say $50m for the whole company but he was unable to conclude the deal until after the 20th October due to the lock in period. His buyer might walk away if the share price went up to 15sek, valuing the company at around $70m. I may be wrong but I can't think of any other scenario where they would want the share price depressed. | beggarman
24/10/2017 16:31 | Sorry if my questions are those of an inexperienced share dabbler .... | nedhammers1
24/10/2017 16:30 | Higher share price, better sale price? Why would they want to sell it undervalue? | nedhammers1
24/10/2017 16:10 | ned - If they want to sell the business at a specific price it may make sense. | beggarman
24/10/2017 16:03 | Why on earth would they not want good results or inform the market to help increase the share price? Madness ... | nedhammers1
24/10/2017 15:25 | ned - You're right about a potential rights issue, that would be the logical choice but they seem intent on keeping the share price low. If you wanted to raise funds on the market normally you want a strong share price to reduce dilution. What also bothers me is that they have not issued a Q3 operational update in the same way as Q2. This indicates that the operational result was either good and would raise the share price which they apparently don't want to happen or very bad and would trash the share price which they don't want either. | beggarman
24/10/2017 14:46 | Bleak to say the least .... Need someone with deep pockets that can raise funds quickly .... I can see a rights issue | nedhammers1

24/10/2017 12:09 | ned - They reported a $200k loss after G&A expenses in Q2, the interest charge was $1.7m therefore the net loss for Q2 was $1.9m. They may do better in Q3 but there will still be a net loss after the interest payment. | beggarman
24/10/2017 10:05 | NedbabyNo one can sell any quantity at current prices .Market won't take it .Sp would crash | rodneyfoster
24/10/2017 09:51 | Does the receipt of oil not negate the interest payments? Also has anyone else apart from me sold their shares? Take what u can before it's all gone :-( | nedhammers1

24/10/2017 09:30 | The obvious solution is to place more shares to raise funds but this looks amateurish six months after listing on the market. Why didn't they raise more funds when they listed? | beggarman
24/10/2017 08:18 | Beggarman So how do you see this finishing .I think that recent MB interview was meant to restore confidence before inevitable end .Also think Vlad 'disappearing' from company post relist sign that game was effectively up .Why else leave .Back and warrants paid up naturally | rodneyfoster
23/10/2017 22:57 | OxfordThey can't lie about figuresQuestion now is are they going to survive till Xmas or not | rodneyfoster
23/10/2017 21:18 | I think the only reason they are still trading is because they are paying their sub-contractor invoices very slowly or not at all. | beggarman
23/10/2017 20:56 | Just my opinion of course but the production figures have never rang true for me. I suspect that a lot more oil has been cashed in by the 'private enclave' oil that has not been declared. The reserves are another bloody mystery. All I can hope is that the true figures will suddenly be declared and the share price will take off as some 'proper' company makes a reasonable bid, the Russian gang fill their pockets once again and then and sod off for good. As ever we shall see. | doxford |
