11/10/2017 14:33 | If they are going to make an acquisition they would need the strongest possible share price. The business is currently valued at $34m, suppose they acquire a business valued at $50m with a share price of 7.1sek they would have to issue 57m shares in an all share takeover, that would be 96m shares in circulation. If we do the same calculation with a share price of 20sek (based on fundamentals) that would be an extra 20m shares issued and a total number of shares of 59m. If a company wants to grow through acquisition and be able to raise working capital on a regular basis, they need a strong share price yet since they have relisted they have undervalued the company. | beggarman
11/10/2017 14:06 | I smell RTO | rodneyfoster

11/10/2017 13:30 | It just seems too obvious to be real | rodneyfoster
11/10/2017 12:10 | If they are trying to keep the share price below 10sek and they have had good production figures for Q3, it would be a big risk to release a production update. | beggarman
11/10/2017 11:47 | Don't think there is any obligation for them to post mid quarter update even though did so last quarter .Just sitting around using up money waiting for company to run out of money doesn't make much sense though | rodneyfoster
11/10/2017 09:11 | If they do not produce a Q3 operational update that would indicate that they are trying to keep the price depressed. It points to the sale of the business. | beggarman
11/10/2017 08:59 | Seems likely they are just waiting till 20th.No new drills Money running out Debt accumulating - they need to act | rodneyfoster
10/10/2017 11:33 | I’m guessing some movement or update on or around the 20th when their shares can be sold. | maceman
10/10/2017 10:59 | Any ideas on what happens next? | doxford
