I've recently started using Sharescope. I've played around with a couple of filter models including Zulu-like filters. So in this case, PEG (Slater Rolling) less than 0.9, P/E and Price to Cashflow less than 20, net gearing less than 75% and share price not less than 5% less than a year ago. In terms of dividend I only specified that there be one, so it was a pleasant surprise for MTEC to come through with 5.7% yield. I also like there to be at least 10% Return on Equity.

In terms of other stocks that came through, CRE - held in the past, AVON - probably would have bought a few months ago, DRV - already hold, and SSY - possible. Relaxing the gearing a bit came up with NMC (which is ISA'ble) and I've set up a thread for further details.

Strong results.

Bodes well for dividend prospects.

Excellent to see reduction in debt for a balance sheet which was unstretched to begin with.

Following this morning's news update, Seymour Pierce today REITERATE their BUY RECOMMENDATION with a TARGET PRICE of 300p

Statement out and to me excellent progress being made NFI up 8% and contract NFI up 14% and permanent fees remained stable. Debt down from 11 to 7.9 million. Couldn't ask for more given conditions. Should soon trade at £3 imv.

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 8 January 2013 Chief Executive Officer Adrian Gunn's SIPP provider purchased 4,569 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 258.0p each per share.

Mr and Mrs Gunn's total interest in the Company is now 426,408 Shares, representing 1.79% of the Company's issued Share capital.

The Company was also today notified that on 8 January 2013 Chief Financial Officer Tony Dyer's SIPP provider purchased 3,447 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 258.0p each per share.

Mr and Mrs Dyer's total interest in the Company is now 306,083 Shares, representing 1.28% of the Company's issued Share capital.
