Purchase of shares into the EBT
Marston's PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that between 17 and 19 December 2024 Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee"), as Trustee of The Marston's PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), has purchased 651,479 ordinary shares of 7.375 pence each in the Company as follows:

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees. The shares will be used to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees including to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company.
Further to this purchase, the EBT holds a total of 707,775 ordinary shares which represents 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital. The total number of ordinary shares of 7.375 pence each in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 634,242,747.
