Numpty you cannot read (see footnote) nor can you not understand that fuel charges will go up a further 30% next year

On other news property prices rise 1.7% last month and with stamp duty kicking in it will take more money to move; first time buyers will find it stretched to get on the property ladder and cannot save quickly enough before prices increase.

Tesco; express article:

"Tesco came through the pandemic with a fair wind from lockdown cooking and online shopping converts. Pre-tax profit of £1.3bn and operating margins of close to 5 per cent mean it can outbid competitors for low-wage employees, whether through a 2.7 per cent pay rise for shop floor and warehouse workers last month or a £1,000 signing on bonus for lorry drivers. Some new recruits may have been unemployed or come off the furlough scheme. But with immigration restricted, many will have been lured from other, smaller employers who cannot afford to compete."

Wages in Tesco are NOT 2.7% and it would be ridiculous beyond belief that anyone could think or dream they are!! Thick as two short planks! Wages in Tesco ex fuel and VAT sales are 7.3% and Tesco pay more per hour than any retailer in UK.

TESC0 may very well be making strong profits and margins of 5% but their wages for employess at 2.7% is below inflation and if they dont pay more they may find employees go elsewehere then TESCO will have to pay higher wages which in turn will make less profits.

Prime minister, Mr Boris Johnson MP. One has just heard his fantastic address given to the Conservative party earlier today.

What a wonderful speech !! We are lucky to have such a free enterprising PM!

That speech has made me even more excited about the future and vision for our fine Great Britain.

It knocked out of the park Labour parties speech! What!!!

Absolutely riveting!! Well done Mr Johnson!! Well done Conservative Party!

Like Tesco, and NEXT Mks will surprise many in the city with a great set of results for its half year on 10 November 2021.

There are very few well lead retailers remaining on the high st, many thousands of shops have closed who sat on the fringes way before the pandemic!

Ethical retailers will do better in the future when investors will guide money towards them out of decency and moral obligation. Not to mention a new traffic light system coming into effect on the stock exchange’s.

Mks will prevail, now on a growth trajectory with all efforts going into finding and opening food halls throughout the UK and beyond.

UK has a strong economic outlook with over 1m vacancies (without seasonal vacancies)
Business is not cutting back on staff it can’t find workers!

Wage costs may well increase but no doubt with that will come slower labor turnover and staff loyalty. Iv always used the philosophy of fewer people earning more money and considerably larger benefits than its peers.

Mks will announce a strong recovery in sales and ebitda/ebit I’m sure, together with a dividend return date!

Fruatcake you like many will are being hit with energy costs and its not that simple using less if the weather turns icy people will want to keep warm. One way is to cut dowwn on luxuries and keep the house cosy.

MARKS will be weak if Markets turn down all depends how bad US is later. If US tanks MARKS could turn down again.

TESCO up 6% probably by intention to buy back shares.

Fruitcake, 2.14 m households effected by energy companies going bust due to price cap!

Shell are picking up the bulk of customers from administrated energy companies. She’ll offer great fixed term tariffs!

I am so pleased about fuel prices heading north frankly it’s great news medium term as people will use less and that can only be good news for the planet man is killing.
