12bn - you don't even tell the truth when the evidence is in print - you were so desperate to claw back money when the shares dropped to the 0.13p Placing price on KOD you claimed to have sold at 0.18 on the back of the first rally - after that they went higher, briefly, and you claimed to have capitalised on that despite the claimed earlier sale - I'd prefer to trust a steaming cow pat!

The notice of general meeting is now on the MRS website. The new share authority they are seeking is for a nominal amount of EUR675,000 or in other words 67,500,000 new shares or over 36% of the share capital as at 30th June 2018. The Alerion shares are due to be admitted to AIM tomorrow so we can expect the NOMAD to put out a total voting rights announcement updating on the current number of shares in issue. 67.5 million shares is quite a lot of "flexibility" for the Company beyond settling certain fee invoices in shares. My view is the company has a liquidity problem as any cash the group generates will be retained in the Australian subsidiaries which doesn't help when there are bills to pay in the UK - Nomad fees, circular printing costs, registrar fees etc. Despite the lowly PE, I can see the company looking to use its "flexibility" to raise some funds possibly shortly after Easter but definitely before the June year end.

Lanarkian I stopped posting on MRS when I sold out last week,I am certainly not ramping it anywhere you fool. I don't suppose you noticed that I stopped posting last week after the RNS about 26m new shares issued came out,are you senile?
