Lanarkian - he's got form for just such a course of action but he does get sussed quite quickly as he has a very recognisable style - unsophisticated boiler room boy!

In fairness, whatever I think of him, he usually comes out of hiding after a short period of off board wailing and gnashing of teeth - it happens so often to 12bn he has developed a coping strategy for his setbacks - however funds must be running low now with accumulated losses!

Be fair to him. He has continually made a public fool of himself so it not surprising that he has not got the guts to appear in his own thread. I suspect that he will reappear somewhere with another new name.

Danny Baker - 12bn a genuine bloke? Take a look at his threads on CERP - if he was making money from shorting CERP I could understand his MO but he has claimed, on many occasions, that he has no financial interest there so he trolls there for spite why would someone take pleasure from that?

Where is 12bn today, usually on here at 7am to curse everyone, hope he is OK. Its not been a good start for him and the last year was terrible too.

Aside from the damage to shareholders by this share issuing, the underlying main business in Auz is performing solidly, so plenty of value remains in the company.

I feel sorry for 12bn. He seems like a genuine bloke. I hope he hasn't invested in LCF mini-bonds as well. Arden Partners will be very shocked by the reaction to this transaction. I hope MRS doesn't have to go through the whole business of finding another NOMAD. My first thought yesterday when I read the RNS was that Trevor Brown the former director was somehow involved. Brown is now CEO and 29% shareholder in his own drone company, RMS which announced a profit warning today. Now that MRS is in the drone business the next step might be the recommended offer for RMS in shares. Just a guess but the coincidence is too great for cynical old me.
