As one can see from votes, no attempt by the hugh investors to block delisting...so it looks like they're building stake for the delisting.

Resolution 15, to authorise the Company to cancel the listing of the ordinary shares on the Official List and to remove the shares from trading on the Main Market, was passed and accordingly, as per the circular posted to shareholders on 30 April 2020, the last day of dealings in the ordinary shares is expected to be 23 June 2020 and cancellation of listing is expected to be effective 24 June 2020

RNS Out...it looks like big investors wanting in as they must believe this will be worth a lot more going private..hence no effort in trying to block delisting?

With the very wide spread in place right now, would the recent larger investors not have sold out before today for their short term gains if bad news on the cards? From what I can see they have not and therefore indicate that something good will come of this? I may be completely wrong but the dice have been rolled now ha ha

Sold at at .405 250k shares

Sporting bet - cashed out.

Sincerely think might go higher but have too many other trades open and this was pure unadulterated gambling.

Bzt is my bet next week, no advice intended speak to gamblers anonymous!

Looks like Griffiths Lombard have encouraged the company to go private knowing the shares would get decimated and they could pick up loose stock from institutions who want out of a private Company Great purchases from Griffiths Lombard
