More to it here than a pump and dump The company have more cash balances and turnover has increased albeit making a loss but I have seen some other dog companies in excess of mcap compare to their cash balance. I think further tr1 will show further holdings increase by Richard and Lombard.

Back in the day I can remember buying 100,000 of these @33p and selling at 45p not a fortune but is by these prices today they've let a decent company go to pot

Just received notification of the Rights issue from Hargreaves Lansdown and was wondering whether anyone had any views on whether to take them up. I am of the opinion that it could well be good money after bad but am open to be persuaded otherwise.

I suspect, reading between the lines, management will give themselves 12 mths to try and turn it around. If it hasn't managed to do so, it will be sold and cash returned to shareholders. As over 70% of the company is owned by institutional investors the outcome will be dictated by them IMHO
