23/11/2011 19:37 | Of course, another alternative is that one of the other parties who bid for the group before Rentakil might have just stopped simple simon in his tracks! now wouldn't that be sweet. | 2float
23/11/2011 19:12 | I'm having this looked at, the wheels are in motion, file being prepared. We're coming Beart!! | 2float
23/11/2011 19:10 | The info that's in the public domain doesn't justify faith like that after 5 years of failure by simple simon. And there isn't enough coming into the pot from the deal to justify those volumes so we're left with one conclusion. The purchaser must be close enough that they want to ensure they retain control. The only reason someone would want to retain control is if they didn't subsequently want information getting into the hands of the authorities. Any ideas who that might be????? This stinks!!! | 2float
23/11/2011 18:28 | There were two buys, both on Monday 21st (they were delayed so show up today) We will find out who they were this week as both will have triggered a reportable event. If its the same person they now have 22% holding (plus what they already had) 25% stops the sale and change of designation, as the board need 75% yes vote to get this through 21-Nov-11 15:56:01 21,500,000 Buy* 21-Nov-11 15:55:39 21,493,572 Buy* | richmond9

21/11/2011 18:25 | coolmd ya no worries win some lose some, managed to sell a few before 9.00 this morning two lots at a profit 1.49p which supprised me, the MM`s must have thought it was good news, and another with a small loss. might dump the rest tomorrow if i can find a buyer. i lost a lot more today on GKP, BLVN ,AFR but they will all bounce back. if i was a major shareholder i would push to wind the whole of MSS up in exchange for shares in rentokil WJ. | w1ndjammer

21/11/2011 11:27 | the city will not allow SB to come within a mile of them, ever again. even with the support of Cenkos who got him into WNG in the first place, there will be no fund managers willing to see SB and the disaster zone that is MSS plc That leaves us to draw the only conclusion we can, which is that SB has failed, is a failure and is not a turnaround specialist (self proclaimed) He will draw what remains of the disposal funds as salary and overhead (car, bonus, office) until it runs out and then he will be gone Im sure he will be content to live in the shadow of his more successful brother, living off his wife's earnings and telling everyone it was the fault of the previous board (5 years ago) the markets, the fund managers, the recession or anyone except him. | richmond9
21/11/2011 11:12 | Told you the news was coming!! By the way Coolmd2 is nothing to do with me... | coolmd
