Do you realise you try to cover your bizarre ramblings with inane rubbish. Please explain how my previous post could be construed as me getting "emotional". Your last post just looks like you writing anything to deflect from your own inadequacies.

All I see is, yet again, you avoiding a question. Probably because you know that you never have a well thought out answer.

The truth is, there's no defending the pathetic failures of Simple Simon and his woeful board.

So, are you saying the shareholders blundering Simon brought in were uneducated? Just answer the question.

12 million shares sold in two hits today (4%) which means another institution has got out.

Official word will be out very soon regarding the failure to complete the novation of contracts which will result in the closure of MSS Plc. My guess is SB has told the major institutional holders to sell as soon as possible. Probably over lunch at the club.

If i was SB id be having my last few peaceful weeks before all hell breaks loose. When you kick as many people as he has, eventually someone stands up, and trust me that is what is on the way

if mss was a person it could at best be described as a 'colourful character'. the sort of person you would expect to hear both good and bad things about. if after 5 years there have only been had things said about it, with absolutely not even a shred of good news, i know who i am inclined to believe!

You probably don't know about windy, jojo, you can't believe anything he claims about his trading. He's made all sorts of suspect claims about his trading that one of the other posters here keeps disproving by posting the actual trades for the day. Have a read back through the BB.

We're entitled to be negative, the board and CEO of this company have been consistently woeful and frankly, given their record of failing to deliver, you just can't trust them. It's hard not to be negative, there's absolutely nothing to be positive about unless they resign.

Windy's views aren't so much balanced as blind!!!

No disrespect, but 'Windy' has already sold out so isn't supporting the company. He's already voted with his feet. I think he's just trying to balance the aggressive negativity being shown here by others. I can understand the anger folks, but negativity isn't helpful. For holders it is downright counter productive.

And he calls us "amatures", after his continued support for a clearly failing management team when just about everyone else on this BB was rightly saying the opposite!

I'll explain for you Windy. Hardly any voting on any company gets much more than 60% of the shareholders actually voting. Even really contentious issues hardly get north of 70%.

Therefore if you own 30% (29.99%) you don't need to make a mandatory bid and it's very hard for you to be out voted. The management have to try and get every other voter who can be bothered to vote, to side with them. You don't need 50% to effectively control a plc.

Given the state of this company, it wouldn't be hard to get a really good holding off market with a good broker.

you can`t get control on 400k only 30% you would then be bound to make a bid for the co. but no way could you buy that amount of stock fo 400K.
so dream on amatures.
