22/3/2012 11:17 | Windy (muppet) Do you realise you try to cover your bizarre ramblings with inane rubbish. Please explain how my previous post could be construed as me getting "emotional". Your last post just looks like you writing anything to deflect from your own inadequacies. All I see is, yet again, you avoiding a question. Probably because you know that you never have a well thought out answer. The truth is, there's no defending the pathetic failures of Simple Simon and his woeful board. So, are you saying the shareholders blundering Simon brought in were uneducated? Just answer the question. | 2float
22/3/2012 09:44 | float you are getting all emotional again remember this is the stockmarket the two don`t mix. WJ. .25 approaching | w1ndjammer
22/3/2012 08:07 | Windy Simon shining knight "gave the educated time to exit".....really? Your hero brought several new institutions and new shareholders IN to the company, are you saying, therefore, that these new investors were uneducated dupes? Do you realise how nuts your posts look? I think I know who the muppet is ;) | 2float
20/3/2012 17:27 | 12 million shares sold in two hits today (4%) which means another institution has got out. Official word will be out very soon regarding the failure to complete the novation of contracts which will result in the closure of MSS Plc. My guess is SB has told the major institutional holders to sell as soon as possible. Probably over lunch at the club. If i was SB id be having my last few peaceful weeks before all hell breaks loose. When you kick as many people as he has, eventually someone stands up, and trust me that is what is on the way SB = FRAUD | richmond9
20/3/2012 13:12 | Maybe he meant SB giving his cronies/mates the nod when they should sell up, just before bad news....oh wait, that would be Insider Trading and illegal! | iiinvester
20/3/2012 10:52 | the educated time to exit? by telling us everything is ok in every RNS??? cloud cuckoo land. one question for you (rhetorical) - what's the current share price? | sheila16
19/3/2012 22:43 | Oh dear jammy....I think nothing of the sort about MW, who knows what would have happened? Not you or me. Time you took off your rose tinted specs and stopped making yourself look like an idiot! Oh, and answer the questions!!!!L | iiinvester
19/3/2012 20:18 | vester suppose you are one of those that thinks, if MW was still running the co everything would be rosy and profits would be flowing. well wise up joe, it would have been bust years back. at least SB has given the educated time to exit. WJ. | w1ndjammer
19/3/2012 16:26 | Windy - you have lost all credability here, your love of SB shows that you have no idea of what is going on...answer the questions!! | iiinvester
19/3/2012 15:01 | Ho dear did any of you muppets buy SQZ as i tipped up another 20% WJ. | w1ndjammer
15/3/2012 14:45 | Yes iii, just a shame he's clearly got the turning circle of a supertanker though! :) | 2float
15/3/2012 14:42 | Well said Sheila16, if there's any good news, where is it? | 2float
15/3/2012 14:36 | Windy(SB) might be too busy being a turnaround specialist! | iiinvester
15/3/2012 14:34 | Windy I'll post them again for you. After all you keep telling us how busy and important you are, don't want you having to waste time looking back a few pages. Why do you defend the current management and their appalling performance? Who are "the bandits" you referred too? What's your agenda? | 2float
15/3/2012 14:28 | if mss was a person it could at best be described as a 'colourful character'. the sort of person you would expect to hear both good and bad things about. if after 5 years there have only been had things said about it, with absolutely not even a shred of good news, i know who i am inclined to believe! | sheila16
15/3/2012 14:23 | Ooohh, touched a nerve did I windy? Lol. You will of course note that I don't discuss my trading successes and failures on this BB so actually you've no idea how successful I've been ;-) P.s. any chance of you answering those questions? | 2float
15/3/2012 13:02 | and the answers to 2floats questions are..............?? Perhaps you should change your name from windjammer to hot air! | iiinvester
14/3/2012 22:21 | You probably don't know about windy, jojo, you can't believe anything he claims about his trading. He's made all sorts of suspect claims about his trading that one of the other posters here keeps disproving by posting the actual trades for the day. Have a read back through the BB. We're entitled to be negative, the board and CEO of this company have been consistently woeful and frankly, given their record of failing to deliver, you just can't trust them. It's hard not to be negative, there's absolutely nothing to be positive about unless they resign. Windy's views aren't so much balanced as blind!!! | 2float
14/3/2012 21:30 | No disrespect, but 'Windy' has already sold out so isn't supporting the company. He's already voted with his feet. I think he's just trying to balance the aggressive negativity being shown here by others. I can understand the anger folks, but negativity isn't helpful. For holders it is downright counter productive. Not sure, no opinion, no holding. | jojo_jo
14/3/2012 20:28 | And he calls us "amatures", after his continued support for a clearly failing management team when just about everyone else on this BB was rightly saying the opposite! I'll explain for you Windy. Hardly any voting on any company gets much more than 60% of the shareholders actually voting. Even really contentious issues hardly get north of 70%. Therefore if you own 30% (29.99%) you don't need to make a mandatory bid and it's very hard for you to be out voted. The management have to try and get every other voter who can be bothered to vote, to side with them. You don't need 50% to effectively control a plc. Given the state of this company, it wouldn't be hard to get a really good holding off market with a good broker. | 2float
14/3/2012 19:06 | you can`t get control on 400k only 30% you would then be bound to make a bid for the co. but no way could you buy that amount of stock fo 400K. so dream on amatures. WJ. | w1ndjammer
14/3/2012 16:24 | richmond9 Maybe we could have a whip round and all have a look! Windy will be first withhis wallet out, he loves SB! | iiinvester
14/3/2012 16:11 | Market cap £1.3m. I could get control for 400k and have a real good look at the books. | richmond9
14/3/2012 15:09 | The thought had crossed my mind iii. | 2float |
