Will do. Genuinely interested as someone who has lost on this debacle, but understands how hard it is to successfully prove deception as opposed to incompetance/circumstance.

There are plenty of companies that have fallen apart and closed. Some of these companies have fallen apart and closed due to the incompetance of the management team running them. However, hardly any fall apart and close becasue the management team have done something actually illegal as opposed to incompetant.

Have you got anything you can use to back up the "law looking into it/him" point, or is it general hot air?

Windy either you are SB or you are receiving serious psychiatric treatment. SB is finished and the law will be looking into him, encouraged by the much libelled Worthingtons, i'm sure. Which company would take him on?

richmond

on that basis half of AIM ceo`s would be in the dock,
face up to it, it ain`t going to happen. He paid all the creditors,
SB will be heading another co. before the year is out.

The game isn't over, until its over so lets wait and see shall we. I think June is going to be a big month for SB.

Im sure he's feeling a mixture of relief, for getting out of the mess that was MSS, regret for making such a complete horlicks of the whole turnaround which has resulted in the end of his city career, and (if hes got any sense and half decent advisors) dread at the thought of what is going to come out of the wreckage, because SB will be taken to task over this and will at the very least loose his wealth and perhaps even his liberty

SB played the SFO card, his friends in the press (MoS) backed him up by printing story's to get the band wagon rolling and he involved the legal system. All done to help him get rich so he could look his brother in the eye as an equal, and to massage his massive personal ego. He stated his aims four months before taking over at WNG with claims of fraud and the Worthingtons. The reality is that it has all been shown to be lies following completion of the 5 year investigation.

He used this fraudulent smoke screen to blow £29m pounds, rebranding, clearing out, closing good companies so he could buy badly in an attempt to prove he was a specialist and crashing the share price and the shareholder value.

Im sure he's in the Isle of White this weekend or at home in Battersea hoping this will pass and he can move on. Thats the arrogance of the man. Untouchable? I think not. If you play with the law for your own gain, don't be surprised if it takes a dim view of your actions and comes back to haunt you. Also be very sure that the people you try to bully, are not the kind of people who enjoy a fight and stand up for what's right.

"It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired -- you quit when the gorilla is tired."

Is that a 1:20 dilution approx.?
50% dilution via share split into two (one of which goes to the company for zilch), plus (worse than?) 10:1 dilution via issue of 2.5bn new shares at 0.02p.
IMPO/DYOR.

hmm another placing, you guys should be selling

Rivington Street Corporate Finance Limited has conditionally raised GBP500,000 before expenses by way of a subscription for 2,500,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.0002 per share. The Placing is conditional on admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM

got to hand it to SB looks like he had the last laugh

Richmond you said the co was worthless, now your shares will be truly worthless

its a shame because i told SB to use the company spare cash to buy stock in TAN when the shareprice was at 10p and the markt was flooded with them, so 5% was easy to pick up.

now it looks like it will be mineing stock instead.

Price is what you pay, value is what you get.

A lot of people will be able to appreciate the value on offer here.
