25/3/2011 22:58 | earth to altertherm (i mean venlib)...its 2011, the worthingtons have been gone for 3.5 years...time to move on and put the sherry down!! no one cares if you 'knew things' back then...crawl back under your rock and await the lawsuits from disgruntled 'Steves'...I have passed your post on. | iiinvester
25/3/2011 18:35 | venlib appears to bear a grudge towards everyone, if it is the Altertherm husband/wife team Im not sure toad would touch either of them with a bargepole ;) Allegedly | iiinvester
25/3/2011 18:22 | toad "Elaine" did you have a thing going with venlib once upon a time, he does seem to bear a grudge towards you. WJ. | w1ndjammer
25/3/2011 18:09 | Ha venlib - pwned! So much fail | toad6
25/3/2011 17:45 | we know Venlib is actually Altertherm Air Conditioning Limited because back when Venlib was plugging the class action and posting discussions between their 'friend' onetimeonly and SB in 2008 they hosted the class action website on the Altertherm Server but didnt protect the website to stop people checking who the host was. Not great that really is it. Got to tie up those loose ends or you end up in trouble. Also you need to make sure you use "allegedly" each time you make an allegation as Im afraid once in a ramble isnt enough iiinvester, just let 'Steve' know who he needs to get his lawyers to contact. | richmond9
25/3/2011 16:55 | shiela-venlib always did pretend he/she 'knew' everything about everything. He/she just goes on and on and on about the old management. It may be news to him/her that SB has been in charge for 3.5 years now and it his his failures we should now be focusing on. Bore off venlib | iiinvester
25/3/2011 14:27 | venlib is very close to the horse's mouth... but unfortunately is positioned at the wrong end of the horse. assets are not frozen any more | sheila16
25/3/2011 14:20 | I know of the 'Steve' he/she is talking about....I'll pass this on!! | iiinvester
25/3/2011 14:13 | Venlib I hope you have your facts staight and a good solicitor... | coolmd
25/3/2011 13:35 | yawn venlib...back to cut and paste from 3+ years ago! | iiinvester
25/3/2011 07:56 | cheers V still worth a punt WJ. | w1ndjammer
24/3/2011 20:52 | WJ If they are found guilty of a crime then they may be prevented from being directors, but im not sure they have been found guilty of anything by anyone yet, other than by a few people on this board. the old management are the poeple who used to run the various company's closed down by SB, not the worthingtons who are working in completely different areas. | richmond9
24/3/2011 20:21 | venlib are the worthingtons trading again, thought their assets were frozen ? also if they are being investigated, don`t think they could become directors. anyway i can see most of MSS work coming from inside the M25 in future. WJ. | w1ndjammer
24/3/2011 19:51 | I bought at 5.25p in July 2010 to average down, when i heard they were buying ECS and £1.17 after the Worthington Crash in July 2007 Thats Between 4p and £1.20 I have since been told that the old management have now started trading again in their new ventures and are taking business from MSS and that the new management would like to be doing the same as soon as possible. On top of that they have no money, cant pay suppliers and need to raise 500k to pay Tax and NI Thats why I think its going pop | richmond9
24/3/2011 14:45 | richmond9 very interesting because in your posts you say the company is bust yet you have been buying down to 4p well the share price hit 4p for the first time 9/3/2011 so why buy is you think the co is bust. WJ. | w1ndjammer
24/3/2011 13:09 | richmond9..has it suddely gone dark in Oldham? | toad6
24/3/2011 12:55 | I bought between 4p and £1.20 average is about 50p. I was hoping for a rather spectacular bounce with SB but the cat just landed with a thud and I had no more money to pay the vet! Long day, time for bed I think. | richmond9
24/3/2011 12:27 | richmond9 Morning, some great posts...You say you bought at 4p and £1.20.. Whats your average? | coolmd
23/3/2011 23:35 | Really! i think we are in trouble, because im in agreement On that note i think i will have to go for a stroll on the beech and an early lunch :-/ | richmond9
23/3/2011 22:55 | Ok Venlib If Peter's got himself 20 mil and Mark 8 mil that means they have grown the cash they gained (10.5 mil & 3 mil) by investing it and trading with it by 90% and 275% respectively. They have done this at the same time as World markets are off 20%, interest rates on cash deposits are 3.2% at best and during the worst recession in 50 years. Impressive stuff. At the same time SB has managed to squander the 12 mil in the bank (dec 2007) plus an additional 8 mil raised in two placings and is now trading into an overdraft by 1 mil, whilst trying to raise 500k to pay the April PAYE and NI or they go pop. Looks like we should have left them in charge | richmond9
23/3/2011 18:31 | Venlib. This is a little bit tiresome. I realise you hate the Worthington(s) and appreciate that you may have good reason to do so, but you need to be a little less emotive in your reporting of "facts" or you may appear to be a bit of a Walter Mitty PW GOT 12.5Mil gross at IPO, The company got 7.5Mil Gross at IPO. PW obviously had to pay TAX on this as well as the broker fee which would have been 2.5%. Even allowing for taper relief, as im sure he had the shares in WNL for more than 7 years, he would have a tax and fee bill of about 2mil which leaves him with 10.5mil. He still holds 500,000 shares (they appear on the company share register if you have a copy) EB did not sell any shares on IPO. She sold all of her shares over a 6 month period starting on the 12th June 2006 and completing in November 2006, all reported on RNS and received in total 6.5Mil. Again her tax bill would be about 1.1Mil as companys house shows her getting her shares in 2002 so taper relief would be reduced. That gives her 5.4mil. She no longer holds any shares. MW did not sell any shares on IPO and has sold only once raising 3.2mil in May 2007 as part of the fund raising. He still holds 7.4million shares or 2.6% of shares in issue (they appear on the share register) Unless PW & MW have sold since February 2011, I havnt missed anything and im not way out of date. Everything i have said above is a matter of record if you care to DYOR. I have spent a considerable amount of time researching this so that when its time to make a claim against the old or new board I'm in the best position to be successful. I have a significant holding spread between 4p and £1.20 | richmond9 |
