you miss read my post i said SB made me a shed load of money over at XKO
he also holds many shares in MSS at far higher price than the current share price
i did say it was a punt lets see what happens.

reading your post you do sound rather too emotional to be a casual trader of the stock.

You two are on crack. Past history has no bearing on current reality. LOOK at the numbers FFS they are totally plain to see. Look at Richmond's post about cash erosion. Th ebroker can't raise them money, the Institutions won't support it and I know they are losing their largest client.
Deramping - do you even know what you're talking about. This is going down teh toilet, the only ramp has beenan inextricable downward one. SB has failed on every measurable metric because he's an arrogant, egotistical bully who believes one marginal success means he's invincible. I don't work nor ever have worked for them and do not work in the sector. My interest is purely financial having owned stock on day one and have been in and out since the the float.

Windjammer - your post is correct - SB has made himself lots of money and continues to make money here - however the company is finished and you won't make a bean.

yes we need to look past all the negative posts ex employees/firms in competition etc. Simon Beart made me a shed load of money a few years back over at XKO he is like a dog with a bone, he won`t let go untill he has turned MSS into a profotable company. i think he will then be glad to sell it on.
imho this is a decent entry price 3p would have been nice but only 1.5% of my portfolio invested so still some room if the share price drops further.

Way to go WJ.
A lot of (perhaps understandable ) bitterness on this thread.....one time employees?
I had hoped to pick up stock at c3p with all the negative vibe on this stock.
The company may be tight on cash but still seems to be profitable.
Is the poster talking about loss of large hotel contract deramping......is this true.
Think I may have to lift my entry price if price steady after above comments.
Dont know whether SB or his detractors are right but extra working capital and a stabilised ? price make me think tthere may be something to go for. T

three years ago i sold my last batch of these for 10.5p i had been averaing down and had ended up with 1.5 mill in a strange way this stock saved my bacon
as i acctually made a profit while the rest of the market was crashing. this enabled me to buy many stocks a rock bottom prices some which went on to make 2500% profit PDG

anyway windjammer is now back, i have taken a punt on SB. bought on friday and a few more today average 3.75p i think he has thrown the last kitchen sink out and has left some spare capacity in his forward looking statment.

watch this space looking for 300% over next 18 months

If the Fraud office arent casting their eyes over Simon Beart already they should be!! I for one am going to suggest that they do. If he can make allegations against the Worthingtons (which have come to nothing) I hope they are doing the same about him.

He should be hanging his head in shame but I bet he doesnt care!

The share options he received after screaming and shouting about the previous management practices - and after screaming and shouting "fraud". Allegations which have come to nothing at all. IMHO it seems much more to me like market manipulation than best management practice.....

Wel Well Well,
Just as expected, 1p on the cards soon....
Quiet in December / January just like the rest of the Industry.
Speaking to fellow Distributors / Wholesalers & Contractors Decemeber & January
has been 2 of the busiest months...All excuses, maybe SB's margin requests is reducing Orders??

Borrowing £500,000 at 7% interest rate too. They say for acquisitions but surely there's been enough of those recently?

Does anyone know if the convertible loan notes will be secured or unsecured, or how to find out? If secured it seems like a win-win for the directors, who are apparently buying not less than £130,000 of them. If it goes bust, they get their money back. If it doesn't go bust, they get a risk-free inflation-busting 7% annual return and presumably the option to convert to shares of higher value in the future. Trebles all round! As Private Eye might say.

so, with 3 weeks to the year end, they have just realised trading is going to be 20% below market expectations. I though SB was a numbers man who new where every penny was? a turnaround specialist who comes from a well respected accountancy background. I dont believe they have just found out, in fact I know they havnt and I think we have been

Is this as bad as expected YES but there is worse to come

I hear they are set to loose their biggest contract in the next 4 weeks. Lets see if thats reported
