Go somewhere else and what? leave the numbskulls here that think that the Sun shines out of SB's rear? The joy of living in a democracy is that we can do whatever we like, say what we like and write what we like (within the confines of the truth and common decency).
This company is FUBAR, it's FUBAR because SB can't tie his own shoelaces and it's FUBAR because SB can't, hasn't and won't ever be able to run a company well. He was lucky once, he gave up here a long time ago and hasn't been in their offices for any real length of time for months.

I hear SB has just applied for a CEOs position with another distressed plc but failed to get the appointment.

Wanted 300k a year as turnaround specialist! Really!

Why is he looking for alternative work when he's doing such a great job here?

SB = FRAUD

OK Im concentrating

1m shares at 3.5p is 35k and is 0.4% of shares in issue. A first year broker, fresh from public school and working during their gap year for a friend of Daddys, can spend that without reference to anyone above them with half a brain

Its not like its the start of a buying frenzy!

The average volumes in March have been 1.2m shares traded per day

Can I stop concentrating now

vote AGAINST all resolutions

Have you all received your voting slips in the post.

All very exciting if your lucky enough to be a share holder in this crock

- Full backing of its Bankers Lloyds, although not enough backing to increase its facility so they dont need to borrow money at 7%

- Full backing of its shareholders & Brokers, although not enough so that they can raise the money through a placing rather than borrowing it at 7%

- Resolution 3, to alter the articles of association so they can keep issuing shares and diluting our holding.

You know, i think everyone should vote AGAINST.

SB should try harder to run this thing properly, generating CASH and in profit

The man is a FRAUD

I didn't make a loss as the shareprice went up a long way before it ever came down. So you are wrong I have no emotional attachment at all. I think the business sector is a good one with lots being driven by legislation. Don't get me wrong - I wanted it to succeed.
You cannot say "if SB had not steped into the breech the company would have been bust fact..." - That's complete conjecture and your opinion.
The management team keeps bloody changing...look.
The City are not falling over themselves at all, neither of their advisors can also raise them money except on exhorbitant terms.
There is plenty of relationships in business. My business is entirely built on it and again you're totally wrong to state it's not. Sorry, you're just plain dead wrong.

as i said you have emotions wraped up in all of this, i am sorry for your loss.

peter W was in business at the right time as many of his generation were between the 50`s and 2002 it was easy to make money.
" baby boomers " then came the dreamers who thought they could keep borrowing and even got a free pair of rose tinted specks to suit.
today its a different ball game, there is no relationships or loyalty in business, thats the new generation for ya,its all about the bottom line. if SB had not steped into the breech the company would have been bust fact....
i think he now has the management team in place to grow the business
as for the city they are still there and will be falling over themselves to lend money, once the green shoots start to grow.

WJ. as i said just a punt....

Not emotional at all and I'm far from a casual holder having bought a lot of stock on day 0. My concern is for the facts and they speak for themselves. Look at what SB has claimed - Worthington family fraud and over stated X and Y. It's all come to nothing and with the "overstated numbers" it now seems that they have received some of that revenue and yet no mention by SB.
Look at what he promised to deliver - not delivered anything. Look at the support he claimed to have from the City - well it appears to have evaporated. These are facts not wooly assumptions.
Have you met him? Have you spoken to him?
Well I have and I can assure you that IMO he's a chancer who was lucky once. He has no idea how to run this business and leverage on relationships that Peter W built up over years. He's bidding on contracts that make no money, I understand that contractors have not been paid and have been told there is no money to pay them.

The ship is steady? - yeah, right-oh. Solid as a blacmanche.
