Colonelgrim. Thanks for your reply on Man Group. I can see your point that some of the shares will be used for staff share options bonuses rather than being cancelled.But how does that differ from the normal way companies reward staff, which is just to issue more free shares to them, increasing the shares in issue and diluting the value of your shares?
