Good morning. good statement, for me it was--In an AGM statement, the company added that it is actively seeking further acquisitions.

Of course this means doing the deals that we know nothing about until they are done Just as I said----heheheeheh have a nice day.

Key points for me:

1) Transformation of MLR into profitability has continued

2) Acorus integration now complete. Benefits will be reflected in 30 sept Interm results.

3) Board pursuing an aggressive growth strategy leveraging of enlarged portfolio & via partnerships

4) Board continue to seek acquisitions to grow company further

This certainly confirms that sales targets for both MLR & acorus products are in line with their plans.

Next step is for these positive statements to be backed up with solid numbers in the interims.

AGM statement released this morning.

As was the case last year, this time it's reassuring the market that the company is delivering on its promises with continued encouraging trading, successful acquisition of Acorus, benefits appearing in the forthcoming results, and a continued pursuit of increasing revenues and possible acquisitions.

So although there are no numbers to work with it's showing that the company is on track and the management is up to the task. Thanks MLR management, next stop: Interims in two months :)
