piruxi(JimBentleyDavis)(DimJim)

Are you suffering from imsomnia as if you take the 5 hr time difference your post 1289 would be 4.30 am in FL...very commendable if you are truly living there or maybe it's just another figment of your disturbed imagination.

Think the next week and week after could be quite interesting -
If they give an up date on trading with MLR then we could see some renewed buying interest, possibly another bit of a share price increse.
Also results come out with my main holding in DMP.

gogoneko - agree - one very good set of results does not build a summer.
However 'if' the same increase in turnover occurs this year as it did last year then as the preacher said people could begin to have faith, and faith could mean a better valuaion and share price.

Remember though last year had they not just turned around into a small profit, so another good performance and who knows. The share price is again is creeping up -
1/2p today. Remember if my memory serves me rightly AMS is on a pe of 20, but with MLR there are no forecasted eps or turnover figures. If there is please post them.

And 'if' the turnover again increases by was it 52% then we could see the share price nearer piruxi 50p target, although I would then say true valuation would be 39p. But first we need a second summer, and more so any increase in turnover of 52%, which may or may not be difficult to achieve.

Please, Piruxi/Jim Bently Davis, reflect on whether your writing style is conducive to a profitable discussion on these boards. Maybe this is just a game for you but if it gets other people worked up and ends up with you responding in harsh and unseemly language then it seems to me that something is not right. I imagine that most of the posters and other readers are essentially interested in trying to understand better the companies they have invested in or are thinking of investing in. If the whole thing becomes corrupted with unpleasant banter, serious-minded people will simply not stay around, which in my view is a pity because any purpose that these bulletin boards might have is lost. Please, let's keep this healthy.

1CH,

It would be nice if MLR was able to trade on a more realistic pe ratio (based on our projected calculations), but that may require a couple of solid consecutive half-year reports before people were prepared to afford them such confidence.

For these results I wouldn't mind the % cost of sales increasing temporarily along with expanded product range and increasing turnover as I assume that the new attitude of active promotion (and other things, e.g. some rebranding, training) of all the MLR products to new and existing clients is going to result in an associated increase in expenditure. R&D may start increasing as well if they're hoping to develop more stuff in-house but the increase in turnover should dwarf the R&D amount because Acorus wasn't doing any R&D from what I recall. The interest from money accumulating in the bank would eventually cover R&D costs anyway!

Coffee then, if they quadrupal for Christmas which is a tall order, as on fundamentals on full year results if turnover increases as per last year again by 53%, then pe would be 7.7 at current price. Last year admin. costs only increased marginally, and cost of sales reduced by 60.1% to 52.2% so could decrease further this year around. On the same pe as AMS if turnover increased by 52.2% then the price could be 33.75p, but 'will' turnover increase by that same percentage, and that would be after next years final results in May 2008.

I think I'd bet against 50p at Christmas, a bit like Man. U. being relegated, but like Man U's position. the price will certainly be higher than today at year end but no more than 28p, one has to be realistic, like there is a posibility of Leeds and Swindon being promoted from Division One this year. Remember we are nearing the end of August and Christmas is only 4 months away, and markets are not that good at present. Maybe 50p Christmas 2008.

Is there not results or a presentation in a couple of weeks time which could shift the price?
