Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Awards

The Company announces that on 1 July 2024 the following performance share awards (the "Awards") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the following Executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Awards will vest on 1 July 2027 subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment as set out in the Company's 2023 Directors' Remuneration Report.
