parvez: Vin Muria has resigned as director at DWF Group to focus on other business opportunities and wonder if SAA is going to be one of them as she has the largest stake in SAA? Time will tell. Some previous news as a reminder: https://masterinvestor.co.uk/equities/mc-saatchi-vin-murria-is-now-the-biggest-shareholder/ https://www.campaignlive.co.uk/article/vin-murria-turned-down-non-executive-role-m-c-saatchi-buying-stake/1682677

thewheeliedealer: Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion covers SAA and the prospects for the Marketing sector. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and as always a fair bit of general Portfolio Management educational stuff. Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want TPI Podcast 27) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer hTTps://soundcloud.com/user-479955511/conkers3-wheeliedealer-27-covid19-vaccine-hopes-azn-clin-ipf-vtu-auto-sfor-mpac-net

kemche: Vin Murria resigns from the board at Finncap today to devote more time to her "other interests". In other news Vin Murria picked up 15,250,000, or 13.25%, of SAA on the 4th May. Hmm. I hold. NAI!!!!!! And do please make sure you do your own research etc.

qs99: TMG is a good company, but think it will be hit as have all others by this virus. I just think SAA has been sold down too far even despite that.....DYOR

qs99: Just think with the brand, business, revenues, new management team, its almost priced to go under, but decent "clear out" means management can then start to deliver. Brands imo will have to start spending again and SAA could then be a beneficiary of this, let's see...DYOR

tightfist: Interesting piece on Stockopedia Small Cap review yesterday, built on the company COVID statement, borrowings covenants, etc. Not ever been a SAA holder. At about 93% down from the last highs what other balanced views are there?

phillkay: "M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 4 December 2019 that Jeremy Sinclair, David Kershaw and Bill Muirhead (executive directors of the Company) each purchased 415,323 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 79.7 pence per share." I think this could kick back tomorrow(trade 982). https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/m-c-saatchi-SAA/share-news/M-C-Saatchi-PLC-Director-PDMR-Shareholding/81284013

clarityjones: At these prices dividend yield is around 7.25%, so not to be sniffed at. Can't see them wanting to cut the final dividend with their decent cash position, coupled with their claim that business growth looks solid from here on in. Cutting the dividend would undermine that claim, so not surprised it was maintained in these interims.
