I'm going to top up but am waiting for the moment - I'm surprised by the weakness in the price after the news and buying yesterday but eeza may be right and patience may pay off.

A minute after my last post the LXB market was hit by a seller of c250k.

Eeza, you're either prescient or you're the institution selling!!!

Which is it - we need to know...(-)

eeza - "Sellers getting more desperate to exit". Sorry, don't understand your comment....were you perhaps referring to yesterday's high volume?

Thats what i am thinking...because someone else hasn't got theres.

As an aside though irrespective of the div you've been better off selling anyway with the share price minus div having slipped

portside,

This is a SETS stock, so trying to work out whether it is a buy or sell for a lot of the trades is totally meaningless. In effect every buy is a sell anyway!

Good news and vote of confidence, in for some more. Still a seller lurking around though, hopefully they get their fill after the recent releases.

Following the large trades, I upped my price to 88.25p and got filled straight away.

"I have not commented thus far on the foodstore led investments at Truro and Ayr which are pre-let to Asda and Sainsbury's respectively. We were pleased to secure Planning Committee approvals for both in March 2015. As well as providing more than 166,000 sq ft of foodstore space, the consents include 1,185 houses and other ancillary uses. Inevitably, final confirmation of planning permission for large scale projects like these is subject to satisfaction of a number of detailed conditions, including sizeable contributions to local infrastructure. We are now working through these with the local authorities. Both investments are held at what we consider to be conservative valuations (which reflect very little uplift from cost) until we are satisfied that all the key post Planning Committee agreements needed to support a viable investment project are in place. We expect to have greater clarity on the real value of these investments by early 2016."

Well, clearing the main planning hurdle for Truro must be a major step towards a formal revaluation.

SKYSHIP - I agree with you, but I think we're both correct in this case. Small cap stocks will have higher liquidity before and after dividends. I was inaccurate in using the word perfect. The run up to to the dividend had high volume and would have been a very good time to exit in hindsight.

I painted a simplistic scenario where I made the assumption that given the size of the dividend the liquidity would be more favourable post dividend in the case of a forced seller.

I think we both agree on the fundamentals. Thanks for your response.
