Just recieved email stating the half year results meeting on investor meets company will be held on 6th September 4pm.looking at that long flatline on the chart hoping the stock will get its long over due breakout.

Well trader465, expectations were lower than the profit anticipated announced and the share price was around 3 times higher in 2022 to where it is now.

consensus at the 17(th) July 2023, full year 2023 Adjusted Operating Profit GBP20.3m (Analyst Range GBP19.2 - 21.9m)

So relatively flat y-o-y then.

I think you are confusing H1 23 results with full year 22 results.

The CEO's comments were encouraging "Gross profit margin improving and reassuring that our order book supports a good outlook for Q3. Material and freight cost pressures continue to ease on the whole, but wage pressures remain. We are excited by a number of product developments which provide us with good medium and long-term opportunities for growth, particularly within the EV business. Historically the Group has enjoyed a stronger second half and, whilst we are mindful of the current economic environment, we expect a similar profile again this year."
