IF they still hold, Hornby is now down £55m and Epic are down £68m since that sale. Not small change for either of them.

So with the actuals here they seem to have lost about 2m quid from profit on the expected 2017 numbers announced in Dec 2017, the margin debacle, and also revise expectations down for 2018.

This seems to be making it's way down again, much slower than the previous drops though. 2p spread seems wide. Might buy if it gets to the 6Os. Get my seat at the shareholders meeting then & might enjoy hearing the questions about that lucky 2m share sale..

Surprised just how quiet it is here now ; everyone moved on I guess !New FD is a big deal really after PW and immediate new appt. clearly taking can for co woes it seems ; precursor to better times, re-financing possibly or neither - who knows really.

Looking very weak, to me and almost at the point where either a buy or sell will both start with a 7....currently it's only the bid which is there although the ask is on the tip of that price-point.

Distinctly edgy without some news...even of whatever kind.

agreed UPGS has got huge recovery potential given such a good secured dividend and tiny mkp now. 2019 will be a brilliant year for UPGS
