Just sold my telco company, having been an investor in loop. On my valuation matrix with 36 month contracts producing recurring revenue, I would see fair value of loop at circa 110m, 2.06 per share at today's close.

Unbelievable, of course they should put this in an rns it's extremely positive and certainly doesn't sound like a dying company about to go into admin.

Just re read that again that is extremely positive and bullish of the future opportunities:"2020 has seen the workplace transformed with many businesses becoming remote," says Henderson of his appointment."This has resulted in strong demands for effective communications. No other cloud telephony provider is as uniquely placed as LoopUp. LoopUp's secure, global voice network, deep Microsoft expertise and exceptional service set it apart from other providers.

Hot off the press just now:LoopUp has launched its new remote meetings plans for individual users in six additional countries. Individual users in France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Ireland and the Netherlands can now sign up to our Free Plan or our Business Plan. With the Free Plan, users can schedule and host video conferences with a limited set of features at no charge. The Business Plan provides access to an expanded range of features for a monthly charge of €15 per user. The Free Plan is aimed at individuals who would like to try out LoopUp Remote Meetings for the first time. With LoopUp Remote Meetings, people can digitally meet in seconds and collaborate instantaneously. All audio is carried over regular phone lines for increased reliability and users can share their screen or video with one click. It's simple to use and there are no downloads for guests required. Users that sign up to the Free Plan can host an unlimited number of meetings and there are no time limits. They can access screen sharing, video and call recording on all meetings and can host up to 10 participants. Users and their guests join meetings by clicking a link, and LoopUp calls them on a phone of their choice. This is limited to domestic landlines or mobile phones only. Our Business Plan is aimed at those who have broader remote meeting needs, but who don't need access to the full enterprise feature set. The Business Plan is designed for up to 20 participants. Users and their guests can join meetings by clicking a link from almost any country or they can dial in to their meetings using local-rate access numbers. The Business Plan costs €15 per month which includes domestic numbers. There are additional charges for international calls. Our existing Enterprise Plan for organizations remains unchanged. Users have access to LoopUp's complete set of features and can host up to 150 participants in each meeting. The plan also includes a dedicated account manager and 24/7 customer support.

Based on fundamentals the fair value price for this is 63p at the most.

Best you sell then now , you really need to read RNS and understand that there's more to this then meets the eye , a shorting of the stock and broker hand in hand and blogs being negative.

60 Million shares sold but no TR1 has sold out , now there's a story.

so be constructive explain why fair value of 63p , then you could not as explained above.

So courtesy of SEV:UK-based communications software-as-a-service provider LoopUp has announced the appointment of Leigh Henderson as director of consulting for the Australia region. It comes as the company continues its investment into the Asia Pacific cloud telephony market, which is showing signs of rapid growth: according to research from the Insight Partners, the APAC cloud communications market will be worth US$5.1 billion in 2027, up from $1.1 billion in 2018.As part of his new role, Henderson will oversee the execution of Microsoft Teams cloud telephony deployments, from initial planning to project delivery. He will be based in Sydney, where LoopUp has an existing office and commercial team.

2021 £34 mil is the reoccurring revenue. Any new business won is on top of that but was omitted from forecasts as its not yet visible... For a start there will be a very large bank contract that finishes trials next Month. £16mil live opportunities ramping up in PS, banks and legal and an overall £84m pipeline. If they dont add to the £34m head start then they deserve to loose Money... now licensed in 60 countries with many untapped, sales pods recently arrived in France and Germany to sell to new clients.
If they convert 20% of the pipeline (realistic target) then they beat 2020 revs and profit. 5 years of continuous growth todate.

Look around aim see how many companies have much larger mcaps and have yet to make a penny revenue, look at Zoe FY results today, £58k revenue mcap £160 mil this morning... what’s that worth?

and here is loop knocking out £10mil PTP to be announced in march on a £40m cap.

Are you new to this game mate? There is a new philosophy around valuating stocks which is hitting the markets in North America and starting to happen in the UK. I'm predicting the UK stocks will potentially have that overflow of enthusiasm on speculation shortly. Price target for me here is £1200 a share

For example, look at the US markets I reckon they'll be a follow through eventually to the UK markets of extreme valuations. I'm talking extreme valuations as well for loss-making companies for example Loop could be worth £20-£30 a share. The crazy US markets will look for new homes to exploit extreme valuations. The UK doesn't have that yet

What about speculation of a turnaround though? If you look at the markets now they are pricing in huge amounts of potential speculation. Even if they are going to make a loss on reduced revenue there is no reason to say in the next few years they can't turn this round. In this market as well that speculation alone should see a couple of £ higher
