Yeah your spot on. Management told me regulation will be a game changer for ANP, and it will eventually come in with modern societies. In the meantime they have upgraded there machinery ready for the growth explosion...

I like RH, he tends to look at the same companies i look at. I see he is also in PZC..

On ANP RH said "if it can find a way to grow, it might become a much more valuable business". It will, it will! It just needs patience to allow new regulations to really come through with all these food companies. Once they all collectively insist on antibiotic free meat then ANP are in a very unique position in making sure they supply all farmers around the world with their safe products..

VLX one of my biggest holding has fallen from £3.15 to £2.78 over the last couple of weeks. Thanks to downing fund dumping onto the market, because they are closing their small cap fund. 🤬

Decent numbers from Bbox today. Warehouse companies reporting record profits but share price are over 30% below their NAVs

Hopefully that discount will be reduced when interest rates start to be cut in H2...

Its a win win situation, it will eventually get taken over but whilst you wait hopefully for several years plus you get the yield

After June, I need the dividends for expenses for the next 8 months. So need a takeover before i can buy anything else..

Re charts, equally just like a company can warn even when the price is rising, on the contrary it doesnt mean that a warning is around the corner when a price is falling either.

So sad that so many investors are fixated on charts and where the price is moving in the short-term and thinking that there must be some indication or meaning in that which is not the case..

You are of course correct, but the chart shows that not many want to take the trade. It is perhaps only just cheap, and even then not excessively so, and perhaps even expensive on a PEG basis. I'm rather trusting the house broker is being fed conservative expectations from the board. For long longs I guess the hiatus, if it is that, since June 23, doesn't matter, but for potential long longs their patience might well be rewarded further.

Anyway, I'm not here to pick a fight or ruin your board, I just don't happen to disagree with the tactic of only buying rising shares.

Have you stopped to think about it this way that you yourself might not wish to stand in the way of a fund selling but someone is obviously willing to do just that as otherwise they simply would not be able to sell..

I have found through experience that fortune always favours the bold..
