Just a brief glance from the Balance Sheet and it cost some £2,000,000 cash to run the business in 2020.

Now 4 months in to the new year and soon another £1,000,000 will have gone..........

If there is a deal and I was say BLACKROCK who paid £1 per share I would want to average out..........now what price and what are the prospects if there was a deal? NO I would want something less than 50p - perhaps 40p or even less.

What a problem and what are the prospects of LBE doing a deal with Norway these days?

Will continue to watch and wait...........................

100p you paid but the problem we all face is that the paper is only worth 70p (cash in hand)and so the company will be raising more cash and my guess is a 50p price............shareholders will be f.....the City will clean up and so the story carries on.

3 full time positions advertised now (including senior reservoir engineer)...would they recruit at this level without a deal imminent? For the 1st time in 4 months I am hopeful

I like the Management here ... however , I'll wait until after the announcement of a deal and a fund raise before buying in.
Sure to be significant dilution.

Still NO deal in sight..........I hope someone can prove me wrong.

In the meantime £200K per month of "capital" leaves the bank.....dreadful.

Probably aiming too high originally and funding was a problem ,sights now appear lowered from the rns and maybe a start on something imminent ,im happy to hold ,downside from here should be minimal bwtfdik

M5.......you beat me to it so well done.

The highlights for me are how well the management pay themselves - 8 staff for £800,000 pa + some get options

The above and a few more numbers make for £200,000 per month running costs and not the £125,000 the directors mention......now there is a challenge for them to prove me wrong as they would need to disclose audited figures.

Well it looks as though there is £7m left and no sign of a deal and even if there was one Stifel will have to call up the shareholders to ask them to finance whatever that deal is and offer them DISCOUNTED shares - say 50p unless the figures were really good.

My belief is that this company is finding it really hard to find a NORWEGIAN deal so it slipped in that it would be interested in an exploration one ........outside Norways waters - so what about a oil drill ready deal in the North Sea......I have one they can look at..............................

M5 the problem with your argument is that no-one was selling, it was batten down the hatches and ride it out. Longboat launched just before Covid hit the world, and now as the oil market stabilises the deals can start to be done again.
