STIFEL the brokers were responsible for raising the £10,000.000 less £1m for expenses such as brokers and legal fees and now this figure is down to £7m.

The current price is getting close to the market price but we have to remember that there is a MONTHLY burn rate so to be on the safe side I would like to see the price down to say 60p. Even then is still has risk due to costs if a bid were to come its way or even (dare I say - an acquisition) when further City costs will be incurred.

So another month goes by and no news - not good enough Stifel and the Board and goodness knows what the Press will say when they work out what has gone on. Perhaps its not the kind of story they want at the moment - Wall St games perhaps!!!!

Someone with inflated paper should take this company off the market.

I also note that the company was unsuccessful in obtaining any licences from the Norwegian government.

It is now the end of the year for the company and I do not think that there will be a deal soon.

When the accounts are produced the cash will be down to £7m but if there was a deal between Jan 2020 and say March then what will be the consideration range be?

With £7m cash and some gearing the directors need to explain - do they not - what sort of prudent consideration should be involved to drive the share price back to the £1 placing price way back in 2019.

2021 in my view is when someone will clean up the AIM Oil/Gas sector. KISTOS says it wants to do this but seems to want a GAS producer (cash flow) and IOG and IOG are all busy paying out for assets which will be turned in to cash flow..............will it be that towards the end of 2021 that KISTOS comes for these companies?

In the meantime either LBE find a suitable acquisition or someone comes for them for the cash...............70p is a good tender price so I shall continue to wait for the current price to fall to below that level.

I'm expecting this to fall to 60P being a small discount to cash at the bank which is typical of many cash shells these days especially those that have come up with no material news of any sort in 12 months or more.

Today I see that shares have fallen to 76p a price which is starting to reflect what cash is left but for me it has to be lower and I notice that on the other thread one poster is saying 60p.

I just can't be bothered to work all this out but will do over Xmas if I find myself in the mood............

Over one year has flown by and there is still no hint of a deal..........surprise me lads and all the other shareholders and announce one.

I have posted on the KISTOS BB - ticker KIST and discussed my views about AA new company. He makes it clear in his interview what he would like to do and for me his first deal has to be his best deal as that will set the tone as to future acquisitions. At the moment his shares are sizzling at a big premium and that could be a drawback - we shall see..............

Back to LBE:

By the end of 2020 there will be less than £7m cash left - down from say £10m But the so called team will have had their pay - loaded up with options and had their expenses paid by the company.

Roll on 2021 in the hope that new or old management can do something or eventually they will loose their quote under LSE rules on cash companies.
