Thanks Hierarch. I should have looked for that!

From the Admission Document:

"The gross proceeds of the Placing are estimated to be approximately £9,500,000 and the net proceeds of the Placing are estimated to be approximately £8,760,000."

"the aggregate remuneration payable and benefits in kind to be
granted to the Directors in the financial year ending 31 December 2020 will be approximately £802,000."

I guess it's all okay if they can deliver a good deal, but they do mention at least doubling their salaries on the completion of the first transaction.

The deal must be big and valuable or the costs could quickly sink this.

It’s all in the admission document, including what they rise to upon first acquisition and the performance milestone awards.

This looks interesting.

Anyone have an idea of their salary/cost structure at the moment?

Certainly would expect 1st aquisition this H1 with the strength of the institutional firepower and managements networks.

Agree, watch and wait, buy in on next placing if the asset is of interest.

Interesting stock. I like the low cap and shares in issue. On the other hand, looking like it's being kept at this structure so there is ample room to dilute (if need be) in order to secure the first asset. I am also not that impressed with management holdings here or their track record from Faroe, hardly earth shattering unless you got timing spot on.Having said that, in this business all it takes is the right asset, a nod from Mr market and multiples can be achieved. The possibility of that happening here depends on what funding route they take and of course the asset they manage to get. Will follow this as the story develops.Cash

Don't see any point in buying until first deal done.
Look at Uog, just done an excellent deal to acquire assets in Egypt but struggled to raise cash and came back from suspension lower than it suspended at.

I can only think that the sells are from companies whose been paid for services in shares - why would anyone else sell 3 days after IPO

It's a certainty that they will be offering more paper but to get access to the managements deal making skills you would usually expect to pay a meaningful premium. Hence my surprise.

There's a decent chance that they'll be issuing more paper in the new year....
